Very simple and friendly to use. Needed a service, they quoted the service same day. The quote was fair compaired to thier competitors. Service was performed and completed the very next day. They did it safely, efficient, and now the yard looks great! The price quoted was the price charged. They accept Credit Cards and or Zelle. I contacted Flores Tree as well as another tree cutting company that was also local for a quote from both. The first company came, they gave me a quote. Luis came, he quoted me and right away I signed the contract and scheduled him to come out! Not only for the reasonable affordable fair price he had given us to cut a big tree in the yard that we absolutely hated! But, also part of the quote was for our backyard with a bad neighbor who doesn’t maintain her property and landscape. So all of her very tall big trees as well as little ones are over the fence line, not by a little, they look like they are our trees! One of them with a very big root that I spoke to Luis about who gave an honest, safe way to have it removed as it is busting through our fence and under our yard headed to the foundation of the home. I respected his opinion and advice on it and his willingness to cut it up some in a safe manner that will not jeopardize her big tall tree coming down on our home for becoming unstable. I also chose him because unlike the fist company that came for the quote, he was very professional and I liked that he had a paper contract. That to me established trust and written documentation of our agreement so there’s no misunderstandings, I truly like that type of business. His crew came early on a Tuesday I was t sure if the time they were coming, I was getting ready for work and hey were there ready to go, perfect! I left for work at 8 am. I checked the cameras a little after 9 they were already cleaning up! Later, Luis came back and did the stump grinding. It was all perfect and timely and they didn’t leave debris in my neighbors yard or on mine. I truly enjoyed working with Flores Tree and they will be back for the rest of the work soon. I didn’t know until they came to chop down the tree they also do landscaping, so I will be looking into that as well for the future. If you live local, don’t hesitate to contact them. I will be using them for all out tree (others ) cleanup etc in the future if we can’t get the neighbor to just get rid of or cut down her big tree she doesn’t maintain! Flores Tree and Landscaping exceeds expectation. They answered the phone when I called and came out the next day to give me a bid for the work, they scheduled the work for a few days later and they showed up on time and they were professional and courteous and they did a great job and left our backyard clean of debris. We couldn’t be happier!

We have a large Red Oak. We get it trimmed every few years because it keeps growing and then mistletoe will get caught in some of the branches as well.
Quote was fast (all tree trimming companies I have worked with have been fast) and friendly.
Flores Tree did the best job so far on the Red Oak that I have seen. A crew of four were efficient and knowledgeable. Chainsaws, ropes, wood chipper, clean up. I asked about a couple branches to be removed, what they recommended was for the two branches to be kept, but trimmed down. Maintain the shape. Great advice.

Amazing and very easy company to work with. They supplied a quote in a timely fashion, and showed up early the day of the removal took care of everything, cleaned up their messes after them and were done and completed within an hour of arriving.

They gave a competitive quote to trim lots of messy palms and a tree. Also quoted removal but we’re holding for the moment. I was shocked how fast they got everything cleaned up and shredded up. Plan on making appointments for our next trim.

I submitted a request for services on Yelp and was contacted same day and offered an appt to go over what I was looking for. Luis showed up at the agreed upon time was professional and very knowledgeable of all the plants, trees, and shrubs in our yards (Front and back). He wrote up a quote and broke it down by sections which I really appreciated. I called back a few days later to schedule to have everything done as it was long overdue. They arrived at the scheduled time and we walked thru the plan discussed before Luis and his guys started and again when they were finished. They did such a great job! I wish I had taken before pictures because the backyard was so overgrown with everything growing in to each other. I haven’t taken pics of the front yard yet because I’ve been too busy enjoying my backyard.
I also appreciate that Luis answered any questions I had about what trees are what and how to care for the shrubs and trees. I will definitely have them back for yearly pruning.

I’ve used Flores at least three times. They are very professional. I really appreciate them when they tell me that I don’t need services that I’ve asked about or when they tell me to postpone tree trimming until later in the year to prevent damage to the tree.

We had several trees trimmed yesterday and I could not be happier with the work provided by Luis and his crew. We had our palm tree and cedars trimmed as well as our fruitless mulberry. They also thinned out our oleanders which were impeding on our fig trees. Their cleanup of the site was impeccable. I had such a great experience with this company, I had to write a review! I had a huge tree in front of my house and I was worried that it would fall over and hurt someone. Luis was very responsive when I first messaged him about removing the tree and was easily accessible throughout the whole experience! Needed two trees removed, as well as another two trimmed, and Luis and his team did a great job all around. They did the job in less time than estimated, and you would never be able to tell that there were trees in the part of our yard where they were removed.

Absolutely no surprise that Luis has all these 5 star reviews.  I was concerned about some trees blowing over with all the wind and rain that we’ve been getting, and he made me feel much more comfortable about the trees.  I’ll still probably remove them down the road, and when I do, he’s definitely the one I’ll go with.  His prices are more than fair, he seems to be very honest, and I almost want to plant more trees just so he can take care of them.  Hands down, he’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for tree services.

Had four 30 ft+ trees cut and stump ground. Flores tree scheduled the day and gave us a free quote cheaper than others and came early in the morning the day that they were scheduled. They did the job perfectly and did it in only 4-5 hours.

I called Louis to obtain a quote on trees in my yard I wanted to remove as I’d obtained his name from Nextdoor. He was very friendly and came out the next day as promised to provide me the bid and asses the work needed.   He provided me a price I felt comfortable with and suffice it say, I hired him.  He and his crew came on the day we scheduled and were in and out in about 1.5 hours. They did an excellent job and were so professional and thorough.  My yard looks so much better and clear with the trees gone – I couldn’t be more thrilled. I highly recommend them!
